Workers are very good skill with good product & process knowledge.

Dislikes

Management is cheated staffs by not giving salary. No settlement for resigned employees. Payment due not given & cheated to the supplier. Always threatening & filing wrong allegations to the employees... One of the Korean, Director & COO are the very good cheaters.... God is there to punish them all...

Big Fraud Company

Big scam company ,No management , one person handling , they will hire vendors and refuse to pay for anything .if you ask for money they go for new vendor and they wont allow inside the company campus.... red alert big Fraud and going to extend there company going too cheat many. person name ganesh he is the only person ruling the company cheating every one.. and we dont know how many families will spoiled by him.....

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
