Is been my pleasure and feel privileged to work with a big firm like HCL such as great project Exxon Mobil with software asset management domain in renewals team the main agenda of my work Environment is to renew the customer software and provide the support.

Dislikes

I'll dislike one salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which we cannot resign to company.

Job security is the only good thing in working at HCL

... even have access to free training & are not given good technology to work at. Salary is low and so are increments.

The only thing that I like is that you will have secured job. There is no skill development opportunity, no carrier growth, no promotion, only higher management gets better salary, hike is in single digit, for me I had to work 24x7. zero payment for overtime, no extra payment for night shifts and many more....

1. No carrier growth opportunity 2. Lesser salary, only higher management gets better salary 3. No learning opportunities 4. More workload 5. No praise for your hard work 6. Promotion doesn't depend on your skill and hard work 7. Very very less hike 8. No timely promotion 9. No extra payment for night shifts and overtime

Management is very poor in hcl Projects are not good here I am regretting why I joined hcl There is no hike also Employees are not supportive There is not WFH policy here No festive celebrations here
