Overall My Participate is till good. My territory is this year ytd growth (22%) .So I expected my salary is present as per growth 25% overall my basic salary. I expected it will happen after this revew.My present basic salary is 15667/-. On that salary i will expected 25%growth.

Dislikes

Do the YTD growth is very high.No good eligible management for the perfect theoretical sale.
