The company has not deducted salaries of its employees in such crucial time and ensure monthly salaries has been paid on time to its employee. Companies has also provided work from home facility, immunity kits which contains ayurvedic medicine and other immunity booster and guidelines provided to employee for dos and donts to battle Covid-19. Organisation has also provided Covid-19 helpline for its employee to keep everbody safe.

As such nothing as i have been working for last 4 years in the organisation.

Job Security is ok in Dabur, but working culture is not satisfactory. Carrier growth & salary appraisal are very nice but in few cases - who are close to high Authorities. Training also provided to near & dears only.

everything is based on HR & HR is very poor management

...ng platform both for freshers and experienced. Well-equipped and well-organized. Salary always credited on time.

TA policy not good and very long process. Culture needs to be developed. Less people, over work pressure.

Salary & Benifit need to improve as it is not fulfilled the current Market inflation rate.Rest every thing is Fine.

Salary is never a constarint at Dabur if you know how to bargain.

Highly primary oriented organization. Secondary is never taken into consideration. Things get difficult in the long run due to this style of working.
