Management and work environment is so bad. Their senior behave like supremo of the company,they have no idea about how to handle with employee. They forcing for the work even in health issues. My strongly believes is that don't go to this agency.

...ronment and culture.Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 yras before which you cannot resign.

Work culture is good because all seniors are supportive any time they help it and management is excellent due to COVID pandemic situation some people lost jobs but in this situation they people support there staff.

They are not support their employees and growth depends on your flattery skill. No flattery means no growth. They are delaying and holding salaries without reason. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign.

Don't have any job security And Deduct money on every single mistake If we Come 1 minute late the mark this but if they are saying for stretch then they don't pay any single penny
