You can't like anything here , I genuinely request you not to join this company. this company is a fraud actually and the offers only look lucrative from outside. major issue is that you won't get a project here and would be fired soon, And luckily if you are inside the project, there is no time for yourself. Pathtic organisation. I wish I would give negative rating.

*HR policies are not good.( This will come to know when you are removed from your duty and while serving notice period). *When projects are less, they intimate you and send out of company even if you are good performer in work. *They prefer 95% work output on average, it pressurises.

...ill not get the promotion even if you do a very good job and are accountability. Here we have an issue It is the visibility of our salary details to the immediate reporting manager. Due to that reason, internally old employees are getting benefits from management and new employees are getting low increments until matches the old employees' salaries. My strong recommendation to management is to eliminate this type of comparison. This is a competitive world. We need to work very well, then you will get the proper increments instead of making comparison with new employee salaries. Hope you understand my concern.

Cyient is now a complete service based company.So, if experienced you can get good package and less work.

There is no NPD in cyient now even though you're a design Engineer you'll be working in quality domain.

It's located in Hyderabad and one of the company which recruit fresh graduates apart from experienced.
