Everybody know that you are paid less and nobody wants to listen to you. Everybody is paid less but displays huge profits every year.

Nothing is likely in Cyient, nothing works as per standard in Cyient. Worst company please never join if you are not offered good salary.

1. Good work life balance 2. Less work load 3. Salary credited on time 4. Nice leave policy

Dislikes

1. Out of 2 LPA they 1.74 LPA is in hand salary, remaining is performance linked allowance which you will not get even if you gave extraordinary performance 2. Rude team lead ( some )

Cyient is now a complete service based company.So, if experienced you can get good package and less work.

There is no NPD in cyient now even though you're a design Engineer you'll be working in quality domain.

The campus environment is pleasant except that nothing is pleasant. There is no proper pay and managers don't even know how to manage. Cyient is not supporting sangpung in this outbreak of corina viruses. The budget thing it feels to have done oud implementing WFH

Good team and culture and well organised ans systamtic flow

Dislikes

No growth in career and pay scale is terrible. No job guarantee as the project can close at any time and internal transfers are more due to lack of projects and work.
