If their client partnership is over... or project completed then asap they will throw their employees... minus % job security... to waste ur carrier u can join... I have worked for 2 + years... also u won't get leave encashment but they will mention in offer... many fake promises...

... reduce CTC..Mine went from 5.5LPA to 4LPA. Sadly took offer cuz I put paper. 2.now salary is not properly crediting ..I get 80% salary they say silly reason to for that not punched in and out. 3.HR are not going to support.this HRs they only take care of recruiting only.. 4. I worked on project .my product saved 16k$ for client got appreciation from mail. My client manager said you going get monitory benifits for this...but company gave 0 .also no appreciation mail from this people. 5.usually companies release new increment on MAY/JUNE....but in this company it's JULY..and it will start crediting 6.Usually service based company gives training.but this company given 0 training from past 1.5 year... Conclusion a ) if you fresher join b) if you got better opportunity.put paper immediately.( Abscond if less month worked .left to you) c) have multiple offer ?. Ignore this organisation.

Nothing to like except you will find them ceating on your with offer latter, first they send diffrent amount of OL and then it's time to join them they will call you prior 7 days and tell we gonna revoke your OL we don't have openings they few days later they will give me minimum hike and ask you to join , since you don't have any options you have to join it. Never trush these guys

Everything, no diwali bonus, no training , no managers they won't disturb you either they will squeeze monay out of you by send you to Clint location and ask you to compromise you work-life balance.

The only thing to like is that Salary is on time

Dislikes

1. They will give you all false information and commitment to get you in. 2. They change/force policy anytime 3. No job security, if client says they dont want you they will throw you out next day. 4. No one (HR/Manager) bother to connect with you when you are client location. 5. You will feel helpless coz they listen to only what client says , no value to your words. There are so many points to mention but I think above points are enough to take your decision
