Everybody know that you are paid less and nobody wants to listen to you. Everybody is paid less but displays huge profits every year.

Dislikes

Nothing is likely in Cyient, nothing works as per standard in Cyient. Worst company please never join if you are not offered good salary.

The campus environment is pleasant except that nothing is pleasant. There is no proper pay and managers don't even know how to manage. Cyient is not supporting sangpung in this outbreak of corina viruses. The budget thing it feels to have done oud implementing WFH

Good team and culture and well organised ans systamtic flow

Dislikes

No growth in career and pay scale is terrible. No job guarantee as the project can close at any time and internal transfers are more due to lack of projects and work.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
