Employee will be treated well in the starting of their career when the salary is low.

When the salary is low employee will be treated well but as the salary gets increasing there will be drastic change in the behavior of management and they just start trying to get rib of the employee by various methods and if this does not work they will just remove the employee by using meaningless reasons. Lot of politics and cast favoritism. Lack of proper behavior towards female employees. Only the employee's who usually do not work, but move around the managers by giving them gifts and passing on all sorts of useless gossips to them, will get all benefits where as a honest employee will never get any benefits.

It will.be a experience for core engineer to feel how IT culture will be is while working in cyient.

Dislikes

...any, there will be a big language issue untill unless you know hindi and telugu. Increment is 6% of your salary. And if there is no job available they will put you in pool, and you will be idle and they will ask us to learn any software to survive there. Work culture is good. But here guiding is very difficult, all the work you do will be charged on hourly basis. Skill development isn't possible. Everything will be operated in teams for everything.

No job security, one day they will say to resign without any prior notice. Salary will be good but no job security. If anyone coming to cyient because of high package please don't come ,with two or three months you will be thrown out even if you are skilled also.

No growth, no work life balance, highly stressful, no support system, no appraisals, bad compensation plan for variable, focus on increasing profit by exploiting employee compensations, unrealistic goals.
