Cyient has diverse culture and employees have job security to an certain extent

Dislikes

Work life balance is poor. Compensation when compared with other companies is not upto the current market. And yet there is so much of difference between new joiners and existing employees in compensation as new joiners are having more package when compared to existing employees who are loyal to company. And worst HR policies like example, new joiners have 2 months of notice period and existing employees have 3 months of notice period. There are quite a few drawbacks.

Everything disliked at Cyient. No compensation, no growth, full work pressure, work for 12 hrs, worst management, no training's, no job security, no career growth, no appraisal, full of politics, no learning, worst work environment, no innovation, worst work environment, no work-life balance, inexperience and skill-less Managers and Leads.

It will.be a experience for core engineer to feel how IT culture will be is while working in cyient.

Dislikes

...any, there will be a big language issue untill unless you know hindi and telugu. Increment is 6% of your salary. And if there is no job available they will put you in pool, and you will be idle and they will ask us to learn any software to survive there. Work culture is good. But here guiding is very difficult, all the work you do will be charged on hourly basis. Skill development isn't possible. Everything will be operated in teams for everything.

No job security, one day they will say to resign without any prior notice. Salary will be good but no job security. If anyone coming to cyient because of high package please don't come ,with two or three months you will be thrown out even if you are skilled also.

No growth, no work life balance, highly stressful, no support system, no appraisals, bad compensation plan for variable, focus on increasing profit by exploiting employee compensations, unrealistic goals.
