Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The only good thing they did was lay off the HR team, which was a useless team since they were only focused on organizing parties but not on ensuring employee welfare.

Dislikes

The top level managers might be technically sound but very incompetent in terms of people management and constantly play the blame game on each other instead of solving the problem. And to top it up, the CEO doesn't care about employee welfare and curbing office politics. All he cares about is using any means to acquire more customers.

Cybrilla is a great place to learn new things and build your career.

Dislikes

Culture is not great, maybe once in a while whole team should meet and get to know each other. Since it's permanent wfh, there are some advantages and disadvantages as well.
