This relentless demand for our time and effort, devoid of the fundamental respect of being paid, fostered a deeply unsustainable and disheartening workplace atmosphere. It is crucial for anyone considering a position at Cyber Sapient to be fully aware of these grave issues, directly influenced by leadership, before making a decision. This constant demand for work, without the basic assurance of being paid, created an unsustainable and disheartening work environment. It's imperative for potential employees to be aware of these critical concerns before deciding to join Cyber Sapient.
