Employee and customer satisfaction is the main objective. It is not in our culture to work from home. But Cybage cares about our heath and literally did whatever possible in this situation. Work from home, distance maintaining, sanitizing places and individual(cars, doctor advice and temperature checking). Literally gave full support. Not even in organisation, our company helped outsiders also by giving donation and other help. big example like Pune police app to give passes to all.

Dislikes

Frankly speaking Its my second home. No dislike for Cybage as of now in 8 years. Decent compensation with work & life balance.

Likes

Work culture in good, they have different activities planned throughout the years. Games like chess, Tt, pool, box cricket is fun. Kite flying on uttrayan. Music nights and events on Diwali are fun. And annual bash is amazing. Technology wise it all depends on project. But still they use latest tech and advice their client to use that.

Dislikes

...It should be minimum 24 hours in 3 days from office or your leaves are deducted. The also offer PWFH but deduct salary (transport allowance). The variable is sometimes paid and sometimes they don't or very less. All depends on company performance.

Likes

Few projects are very good and if you got any of those then the learning is limitless. They don’t fire much unless your performance is very poor.

Dislikes

Cybage used to cut 20% of the salary for those working from home. Even after 5 years it is very likely you won’t get promoted. Teamlead and management is very poor and afraid to ask questions to the clients.

The company appears more focused on flashy infrastructure projects and building new towers than on taking care of workforce. Just the thing I like is to be honest is CEO, he is a good person. But management below him is worst.

...g. Even those who are billable and contribute directly to the company’s revenue. There is no recognition or reward for performance, salary hike are nonexistent for the majority, regardless of effort or output. I had work for this company day and night, even though having your team support doesn’t matter , because upper management will demoralise you in such a way that you will doubt you skills and potential. Being a part of company I have seen many employees just playing around and receiving good salary hikes. I am working for this company being billable is not enough, I was working as a fresher and I was told that fresher can get good salary hikes, and i got 0%. People in resource pool get good hikes here. If you are looking for a place that respects its employees and rewards hard work this is not the place.

Office politics only. No job security. If u don't silently listen to them, you will be terminated so don't be in their high salary trap, they deduct so much from package and expect to work beyond working hrs, late night calls
