Very good company to work with. Lots of learning opportunities. Company conducts engagement and sports activities throughout the year. Good company for freshers. The coolest thing about Cybage is that employees are treated like family members.

Coming to salary, company will offer good salary package to hire people. But once hired they won't give good hike on next appraisal ( sometimes 0%).

...hey can actually provide a free or paid bus transport as it's a general shift. Except salary you don't expect anything Deducting around 13% ctc for opting permanent work from home is the big things Except all good

...all still they will deduct around 15% salary saying its convenience allowance. Second thing 10% of your salary is variable pay which they hold for whole year and pay at the end and in case you resign in say feb or march you need to serve notice period of 90 days but still you will not get a single penny of your variable pay (regardless you worked for more than 12 months) So all and all on papers you will see good figures but in actual you will get very less in hand.

1.Job Security 2.Decent Work Culture, again depends on the Project you work for. 3.Techical and Financial Growth both depend on the Projects you get aligned to. 4.WFH option varies from Project to Project and mostly on Manager. 5.Decent Management and Employee oriented Company Policies. 6.Good for people with good work experience or are at Senior position,limitations in learning for Freshers.

... wanted to WFO. 2.Salary structure should be improved ,in-hand salary is less 3.CTC includes Variable Pay,which again depends on company performance, so you won't get the amount mentioned in the CTC,it's always less. 4.No Laptop,device or internet facility compensation was provided during the Pandemic.

Job Security is very good. Work Culture is excellent. Work-life balance is also great. Training programs are provided for employee's for soft skills as well for technical growth.

Dislikes

Compensation and appraisals can be better. Some policies should be changed like no laptop was provided for work from for employee's , internet reimbursement was also not provided.
