Not giving the proper salary hikes, also they do not have any diwali bonus instead of bonus they are just giving the gift option which they had avilable between the range of 800 rs to 1200 rs.

Good exposure. very few good managers are left. Good salary compensation.

Dislikes

Last year they gave out really bad appraisals, The new management is micromanaging everything, they are bringing the BPO culture which wasn't here before. everyone wants to leave but 90 days notice period won't let them.

Amazing company with very transparent process and mostly fair in appreciating and promiting employees. Good leadership team and also the managers are good. Atleast for me.

Could give better pay to employees. The only reason for my switch was compensation.

If you get good team members then it is easy to work.

Dislikes

...ours even if you don't have work one has to complete compulsory 8 hours per day. If they provide work from home option good of amount of salary will be deducted from CTC. Number of sick leaves are very less. Also system automatically cuts off leaves unnecessary causes discrepancies in leave balance. If you are in RP and don't get project soon they will force you to come to come to office even if you have opted for PWFH.

Have good working Environment, take care of employees by conducting various activities throughout the year.

Nothing as such. Everything is great. Just one thing i don't like is Inhand salary is little less as compared to CTC, But i think it is an case with other company as well.
