...ptops for work from home 3. Employee harrasment is done with non sense things 4. Salary growth is very low and your variable pay will be consumed all the time 5. Poor infrastructure with broken chairs and 90's monitors 6. No work life balance 7. Poor practices followed 8. Strict Floor hours 9. For home, on screen time is captured 10. There is no compensation for additional worked hours 11. Poor quality trainings

Very good company to work with. Lots of learning opportunities. Company conducts engagement and sports activities throughout the year. Good company for freshers. The coolest thing about Cybage is that employees are treated like family members.

Dislikes

Coming to salary, company will offer good salary package to hire people. But once hired they won't give good hike on next appraisal ( sometimes 0%).

For freshers company is good, and an experienced people carrier growth is very minimal.

Dislikes

No other benifits for employees other than salary , and 10% of your CTC under variable which could be rate to get total amount. There is no work from home policy accross the Cybage (during current COVID situation, employees working in their work station). And if the work from office then strictly 9 hrs in office and 8 hrs mandatory inside office hrs.
