Not giving the proper salary hikes, also they do not have any diwali bonus instead of bonus they are just giving the gift option which they had avilable between the range of 800 rs to 1200 rs.

Good exposure. very few good managers are left. Good salary compensation.

Last year they gave out really bad appraisals, The new management is micromanaging everything, they are bringing the BPO culture which wasn't here before. everyone wants to leave but 90 days notice period won't let them.

...o18 Saturdays or 6Days a week. They are good at telling stories and social work. They did not give Bonus couple of years ago and gave a nice story to the employees though the company was in profits.

Everything happens internally but they try to show they have a transparent system. Which is a joke 😂.

...al system is very bad, only few favourite people will get the good appraisal. Very less in hand salary as Variable pay is already included in your CTC which ofcourse you will not get as expected after waiting a whole year. At the end sharing status of 8hrs to management during wfh is mandatory.

Pune location is better than other locations (Hyderabad, Gandhinagar) Good scope to learn new things. Job security - they think twice & thrice before layoff. Good for non-technical people

Variable pay - 10%, they give good hike hardly 10% but no variable - indirectly no hike Lot of amount go as tax, less tax saving options. Promotion - they won't promote real talented people. Lot of scrap we can see
