...a service agreement of 1 year before telling you any benefits during onboarding. If you leave in 1 year you will have to pay 3 months of salary. They have no employee centric policies. Very few client projects , low skilled work, lots of politics. Don’t trust reviews here and join this company, you will regret it.

Poor infrastructure with broken chairs and 90's monitors 6. No work life balance 7. Poor practices followed 8. Strict Floor hours 9. For home, on screen time is captured 10. There is no compensation for additional worked hours 11. Poor quality trainings

Very good company to work with. Lots of learning opportunities. Company conducts engagement and sports activities throughout the year. Good company for freshers. The coolest thing about Cybage is that employees are treated like family members.

Coming to salary, company will offer good salary package to hire people. But once hired they won't give good hike on next appraisal ( sometimes 0%).
