Good exposure. very few good managers are left. Good salary compensation.

Last year they gave out really bad appraisals, The new management is micromanaging everything, they are bringing the BPO culture which wasn't here before. everyone wants to leave but 90 days notice period won't let them.

In COVID-19 pandemic, Cybage not doing any layoffs. But cutting salaries upto 40%.

40% Salary cut in covid pandemic. No WFH in covid pandemic. Mandatory 8 hrs policy in office. Poor HR Policy. Less paying Job. No Transport Facility. Food prices very high in cafeteria. Technical Trainings quality very poor. If you are in Resource Pool then you need to wait for long time to get project.

It has job securities comparitiviely other IT companies.

Dont have technical work for more than 6 yrs experience guy. After certain salary projects itself dont afford you to keep you in qith them as they are L1 level like projects. Dont expect extra technical things to learn. few project managers are egoistic to manage team. its feeling like BPO projects who just wants you keep key on your monitor.

Pune location is better than other locations (Hyderabad, Gandhinagar) Good scope to learn new things. Job security - they think twice & thrice before layoff. Good for non-technical people

Variable pay - 10%, they give good hike hardly 10% but no variable - indirectly no hike Lot of amount go as tax, less tax saving options. Promotion - they won't promote real talented people. Lot of scrap we can see

...a service agreement of 1 year before telling you any benefits during onboarding. If you leave in 1 year you will have to pay 3 months of salary. They have no employee centric policies. Very few client projects , low skilled work, lots of politics. Don’t trust reviews here and join this company, you will regret it.
