To my knowledge, Cybage is the only company to make money out of it's employees' salary during the pandemic. They enforced furlough on the bench employees during lockdown, deducted leaves for the absence due to enforced lockdown rules. They don't have WFH policy, the management has declared that WFH is applicable only till the pandemic is there and will not be available once things are back to normal. During the pandemic they were not able to provide workstations/laptops to their employees to continue WFH employees have to manage with their own PC/laptops. If not possible for an employee they have to opt furlough or work from the office. Poor hikes, favouritism, not much technical projects yet they expect you to be knowledgeable about cutting edge technology even though it isn't applicable in their project. Mostly work in frontend tech only. Lots of politics and management will not pay any heed to your concerns.

...a service agreement of 1 year before telling you any benefits during onboarding. If you leave in 1 year you will have to pay 3 months of salary. They have no employee centric policies. Very few client projects , low skilled work, lots of politics. Don’t trust reviews here and join this company, you will regret it.

...ptops for work from home 3. Employee harrasment is done with non sense things 4. Salary growth is very low and your variable pay will be consumed all the time 5. Poor infrastructure with broken chairs and 90's monitors 6. No work life balance 7. Poor practices followed 8. Strict Floor hours 9. For home, on screen time is captured 10. There is no compensation for additional worked hours 11. Poor quality trainings

Very good company to work with. Lots of learning opportunities. Company conducts engagement and sports activities throughout the year. Good company for freshers. The coolest thing about Cybage is that employees are treated like family members.

Coming to salary, company will offer good salary package to hire people. But once hired they won't give good hike on next appraisal ( sometimes 0%).
