Employee and customer satisfaction is the main objective. It is not in our culture to work from home. But Cybage cares about our heath and literally did whatever possible in this situation. Work from home, distance maintaining, sanitizing places and individual(cars, doctor advice and temperature checking). Literally gave full support. Not even in organisation, our company helped outsiders also by giving donation and other help. big example like Pune police app to give passes to all.

Frankly speaking Its my second home. No dislike for Cybage as of now in 8 years. Decent compensation with work & life balance.

No appraisals , no promotion, no annual bonus. All the earnings of Cybage will go to CSR activities rather than to employees who are working hard . Office politics is at its peak. No new projects

Company supports not to work on week ends strictly

...per skilled resources are not given to project managers to deliver the projects. no salary hikes to lower level employees, higher management gets everything. A lot of cost cutting is done on low level resource costing. But a lot of money is spent on salaries of higher management and their perks. Cybage is just a one man show. no one should join this company if you are joining as project manager and higher role . Good company only for junior resources for work for 2-3 years, not more than this period. Employments are terminated when company wishes and that too in just 1 day. So 0 job security is there in Cybage.

Pune location is better than other locations (Hyderabad, Gandhinagar) Good scope to learn new things. Job security - they think twice & thrice before layoff. Good for non-technical people

Variable pay - 10%, they give good hike hardly 10% but no variable - indirectly no hike Lot of amount go as tax, less tax saving options. Promotion - they won't promote real talented people. Lot of scrap we can see

...a service agreement of 1 year before telling you any benefits during onboarding. If you leave in 1 year you will have to pay 3 months of salary. They have no employee centric policies. Very few client projects , low skilled work, lots of politics. Don’t trust reviews here and join this company, you will regret it.
