Poor work culture, work life balance is also bad, you are overloaded and need to work from home after office hours for complete the job. Appraisal process is also bad and have lots of formalities for show off.

No recognition, no appraisal, work life balance is almost nil, politics within the team will kill your instinct to work effectively.

I got selected from my college and I am currently working at Central Railway Mumbai as a Service engineer. My first company is Cummins and I think for the freshers Cummins is the best.
