GM not satisfied with achieve goal. To much pressure . Target of 5 lack per month. Low salary . Senior advisor too competitive for incentive. I did not receive incentive in my work period. Too much burden on customer pocket. Water service station with one pump And less team. Wheels alignment system poor Removing good parts from engine to achive spares parts goal. Daily meeting with GM after duty hours 7 pm to 9 pm very bad and taking employees personal time. One day leave in whole month very bad effect employee's mind and health. Employees health insurance Work load 26 days a month, working days 29 I suggest to change GM

For freshers candidates job is good and good knowledge about learning automobile industry both sales and services ..

Salary and promotion offer, increment and other benefits are very poor not in systematic.

Tata motors is one of the best place for work ....but the issue is salary only 14000 & in hand salary is 12400.I saw some people doing 2 jobs bcoz of they can't afford expenses ...n the work period is only 7 months

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
