Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

There is nothing to like as such.

Dislikes

There are many 1. If u like working in free culture, Cubedots is not the place 2. Only 3-4 people are running this whole organization this creating a terrible politics. 3. They never give you clear idea as what is required from your end and then blame you for everything. 4. Most imp they don't have projects, they just take 3-4 projects per year and that too the team is not qualified enough to deliver projects on time. They just work on creating their own library. 5. They just use blender and unreal engine and their working style is Damn lengthy. 6. If you just want to create their asset library and loose your creativity, then go ahead with cubedots.

Not working as market standards, Lots of Politics, Rare chance of promotion, Job Insecurity, Can't get enough appraisal, No contact to Boss. Company is running without Boss, only seniors. Most main point is Once you go in then your market value will be ruined. Because they will switch you to their unique pipeline.
