...o rule of appraisal 3.All senior managers looks like slave in front of Boss. 4. If boss want increment in your salary then only you will get. Your manager can't do anything 5. There is no yearly increment cycle,they can do after 2-3 year. But if you are thinking you will get early increment forget this. 6. There is no yearly bonus. 7. Management is worst they do not follow their own rules. 8. HR will always give you candy on every call related to your problems.

Let me covey by listing out; 1. Pay: Freshers gets 12k in-hand, and the workload will be like of 3 years experience one. Once completed 1 year, your will get 3/4k as of increment. Means, you will be struggling every now and then. 2. Work culture: You will be called like anytime, no matter it's your birthday, someone died, no matter what. You have to come and stay for long as long as you haven't finished. 3. Management: There is no such concept, one person is incharge and will tell you to do stuffs and sets rules like wise. And that rules are never in favour of the employees, only benefits the ego of the head. 4. Commitment: Even the designated person like Global IT Head will fake promise. And if you ask, that "sir gave a commitment" then the HR/Admin will state it like, have they given you on papers, if not than that's not valid. Very bad. 5. Office politics: This is what they are good at. Fake promises, mocking every now and then. This is just what every single senior is doing.

Management and work life, not good on side person are getting zero holiday of festival or bank holiday, Shift management is also not good, and role they comment in interview that role in real life you will never get to work.

Amazing place to work, I have been working for almost a decade now. Never thought I will get to learn so much. This is place where you will learn and earn as long as your give your 100% to the work. Right people are always recognized well.

CSinfocomm provides Job Security and Career growth. They never fired any employee due to low performance. They always supports to employee. I like to work with Mangesh sir and Ranjit Sir.

I don't like one Team Lead and politics at IGS site.
