Salary groth is a joke . No time bar for work. I am talking about the year 2015. Kindly read my dislikes....

I was there for 2 years . Life style become office to home home to office . No recreation. At last I gave up the job. Then my main grievance is still PF is not clear. I have applied it for so many time but no response. When I was the employee our head was mahipal ji. I mailed him but no response... so i think cs data mation is not worth for career option.... sorry for hurting you guise.

...ills even if they are PhD candidates. Pays very less, that too after next month. Gets angry if you ask for a salary. Tells people hat he is an international journalist to hype himself.He blames others for his own mistakes and makes do extra work. He calls any time of the day and starts screaming and fighting. He tries to create confusion among the staff and asks one staff member to criticize another. No staff is skilled. The team is very small, hardly 5 to 10 people. He lies that there are more people. He knows no analytic or survey tools or basic software used. Yet he does not trust anyone and dictates upon everyone. He tries to humiliate every staff member to crate his superiority and create tension. He uses names on projects that a person has not worked on. He refers to himself as 'we' and 'the organization', thus there is no support or culture in the organization. Only take this job if you are desperate and leave as soon as possible. As it is he tries to kick people out after 2-3 months. Very bad for career-oriented, skilled and educated people.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good but appraisals are not fair and not understood by me and they not give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good like my experience and career growth is about nothing.

... 2years in a company on behalf of datamation. I am facing lots of problem like . The salary structure is very bad they never provide salary on time . They don't give any allowances .Even it's been 2years they didn't visit us for regular visit . Datamation =pathetic
