Don't like anything about this company. I joined this company for better future and growth but in 4.5 years i get only 1 promotion and a hike of only Rs. 15000 in this tenure.

The company always give threat there employee to achieve the target otherwise can look for another job. Without any notice they can sake anyone, that’s why I don’t like working in this company. Work culture is average.

I am working cryobanks sincerely but the manager of me torrcher to me. I am performer of Rest of Tamilnadu Team but my manager not support to me.
