When it comes to internal movement, or Skill development, there is no much scope as there are lot of decision makers and redundant teams working the same task.

Salary is fairly well than other companies. Company policies and work hours are good. Employees are treated fairly and no micro management. Open culture is the best unsaid policy followed by Crowdstrike.

Well! i don't work there, but i was offered a position for 2 months and then retracted that offer due to no role initiation. (Wrong hire), so they called it, but I saw a lot of potential, and in my capacity as an experienced L&D specialist, I'd have loved to show them what I could do in my role to build the India team and grow the learning and development for the APAC region, alas! It was. shortlived.

Dislikes

That management still thinks like a startup and they have to be able to work together to push the boundaries of management and allow leadership to have a more collaborative approach to growing the organisation.

The team culture at Crowdstrike is exceptional. Collaboration, respect and open communication are not just encouraged but ingrained in the Company’s ethos. The leadership team is approachable and genuinely cares about each employee’s success. They truly prioritise their employee’s well-being and professional growth, offering ample opportunities for development and advancement. Overall, my experience at Crowdstrike has been incredibly positive. I am grateful for the opportunities and support I received during my time there. I highly recommend Crowdstrike to anyone seeking a fulfilling and supportive workplace .

Being a part of a global team, there is always someone to help whenever you need anything. There is a lot of transparency in our organisation (be it for how the company is doing, product roadmaps, HR related metrics, company earnings, etc.) The company offers a hybrid working option. In fact, not all jobs require you to work out of an office.

Dislikes

Due to the vast portfolio, there can be a bit of pressure on the sales team. But this is not necessarily a problem.
