Growth is slow. There is no training given and the expectations and targets set are too high. There is absolutely no work-life balance. There is no work appreciation. The work pressure is too high. There is no job security, your job could be terminated without any good reason at a notice of 1 Day.

They use JIRA for project tracking, you have to resolve 5 tickets per week and each ticket has a lot of work to do. Failure to do that, they will count on your for 1-2 month, then fired. 5. 0 zero exposure to learn new things.
