I have worked with the croma as BDC in Delhi location 9yeras 10 months. Lost of learn about comny also I am part of NSO team around 10-15 store open in Delhi also training to new BDC.

9 years 10 months working with the same position as BDC not increase my salary also no option for promotion as position. I Totly disagree about comny no any option for promote also nobody support to BDC for his future career also work with off role in coma Cross dock 1 years 8 months but too bad experiences coma staff no respect to off role staff they all treat just like personal servant also nobody come to for open house please visit cross dock for future process.

...e and they are not good on this platform because there is to much prices issues. I tell you one thing if you are a customer and you select a Washing machine and told them the croma staff that give me a best discount i want this and you talk to your manager that customer want a discount and you now what he said his firt word is there any warrant yes or no if you say i have pich him warranty and he is not interested to take warranty so your manager didn't give you best price most of the time because he has pressurised with store manager and store manager pressurised with the cluster manager so this is not a way of selling products if customer need a warranty so he will Definitely take it and if you pressurised him to take warranty so he fells uncomfortable and he will left to your store and he will not coming again Definitely So please please make it on a proper manner way and please respect your staff and incrise ther salaries because they cany service on that much salary If i tell you that you are join croma as a sales staff and your salary is fresher 11500 and experience 16500 could you service in a month because your personal pocket money i thing 5000 minimum what salary you provide to your family your house retn 5000 your electricity bill 1300 and your rasion bill 5000 minimum and if in your family member have any illness or other problems so you can not manage your life is going to hell so please incrise croma staff salary Atlisit 24500 please guise try to understand. Thank you

When I first started at work, everything seemed great, but as time went on, it just got worse.

...y has its upsides, but the management really doesn't seem to care about their employees. No matter how long you work there, you won't get any appreciation or respect. The yearly salary increases are pretty disappointing only around Rs 500 to Rs 1000. Promotions feel like a joke; I've been there for five years and I’m qualified for a promotion, but they still haven't given me a chance. That's why I decided to leave. The pay structure is not great either.

...arn. Here every month training and knowledge classes are done for all employees. Salary and incentives are huge if an employee can focus on what to sell to get huge incentives. Other than this company culture is very good about technology along with sustainability.

Working hours and HR roles are not upto the mark. They ask store managers for any type of decisions.

Too much mental stress less pay continuously cost cutting many left the job switched to other companies for last 2 year only 300rs increment more than mentioned working hours and multi job roles you have to do everytime manager threatens if we don't do it than he will fire or issue warning letter work culture is too bad.
