I tell you one thing if you are a customer and you select a Washing machine and told them the croma staff that give me a best discount i want this and you talk to your manager that customer want a discount and you now what he said his firt word is there any warrant yes or no if you say i have pich him warranty and he is not interested to take warranty so your manager didn't give you best price most of the time because he has pressurised with store manager and store manager pressurised with the cluster manager so this is not a way of selling products if customer need a warranty so he will Definitely take it and if you pressurised him to take warranty so he fells uncomfortable and he will left to your store and he will not coming again Definitely So please please make it on a proper manner way and please respect your staff and incrise ther salaries because they cany service on that much salary If i tell you that you are join croma as a sales staff and your salary is fresher 11500 and experience 16500 could you service in a month because your personal pocket money i thing 5000 minimum what salary you provide to your family your house retn 5000 your electricity bill 1300 and your rasion bill 5000 minimum and if in your family member have any illness or other problems so you can not manage your life is going to hell so please incrise croma staff salary Atlisit 24500 please guise try to understand. Thank you

...arn. Here every month training and knowledge classes are done for all employees. Salary and incentives are huge if an employee can focus on what to sell to get huge incentives. Other than this company culture is very good about technology along with sustainability.

Working hours and HR roles are not upto the mark. They ask store managers for any type of decisions.

Too much mental stress less pay continuously cost cutting many left the job switched to other companies for last 2 year only 300rs increment more than mentioned working hours and multi job roles you have to do everytime manager threatens if we don't do it than he will fire or issue warning letter work culture is too bad.

1. Salary without incentive is better than competition 2. Work life balance is good ( If u can ignore cluster manager & Zonal as they will keep pinging u on call , mails & whatsapp in your weekoff as in retail we have to take weekoff on weekdays and they enjoying it on weekends ). 3. 1.5 days week offs in a week , No one in industry giving more than 1 day in retail (Store operations) 4. Leaves (But you have to available on calls and mails )

1. Don't get fooled with TATA brand name it is mirage , T means Toxic workplace 2. Incentive is almost 0 as you will get target that u can't match & you can't discuss it as they start showing stores of mumbai and delhi 3. Toxic workplace 4. No Means NO job security at all , Come and destroy your career here 5. Cluster manager, regional managers and Zonal managers are produced through internal politics , They are Old in this rotten system , Logic missing , limited knowledge, inferiority complex and very much insecure with people coming outside 6. Company is in loss , do not join at all 7. No microsoft office provided , means No Excel , Word and Powerpoint , people are working on WPS office and you have to use WPS offc free software for data analysis 8. Cluster manager force you to work for 12 hours a day , if u say no then your target will increase and they will remove you after that through PIP & pressure 9. micro management - You will see a new level of micro management
