This is a company that matters only money and making money thats all....they don't even think about their workforce...especially the lower chain work force like pharmacist and counster sales executive....here pharmacist only for name sake...because he or she have to work like dog here...they force you to sell their brand product....if its general items thats a ok...they force you tooo sell their own medicine product....that company called as wynlark...if anybody seeing this....plz dont ever take that company medicine that ends with wyn or larc....its a bad product you won't even find in google other than medplus site....now they started a new group that observes counter sales executive and pharmacist like dogs....hell of rules and they montitor through cctv....you have to suffer if you are coming here....

...y product in outlet or warehouse didn't send you...if you did not check that....you have to pay the all amount...if its a 1rs or 10000 rs they make you to pay the amount even if their mistake....kindly search for another job...

If you are a pharmacist never ever join here. They will make you work a lot(cleaning, dusting, morning and night duties) saying everyone is equal and everyone should do all the works but won't give you any incentives saying "pharmacist won't get incentives" They won't give you aporn and would scold you by saying they'll cut 1000₹ from your salary of you won't "buy" an apron yourself as "pharmacist won't get an apron"

Good culture,Perfect plan,easy learning methods and i fully comfortable with medplus culture and programs then training program is very helpful for everyone I like our company very much and I like to work. Everyone praised me for doing a good job because I was very attracted to our company and saw it as a perfect platform to work for. Better costomer services and response , so many costomers told to me they likes medplus services because of the correct response 😊 and wonderful management (with out Salem) i like medplus culture and employees benifits thank you medplus 🙏🏻

...different branches and incentives not received properly 😔 so Interest wanes .then salery also not given properly My higher authorities update me as part time for few months and only pay me half salary but I work full time.I am not the only one with this problem, many employees like me have lost their jobs due to this kindly consider about this problem . I love medplus culture but now i resigned my job because of so many problems by supervisors and managers mistakes 😢

Writting this review after 2 months work in MedPlus. No positive thing is observed.

Everything. Uncultured higher authority. No respect for pharmacist. Poor salary that too not on time. If you are a pharmacist at time you will doubt about your position whether you are pharmacist or salesman. No pay during notice period.
