Hey peeps, I just finished my probationary period(6 months) in a company which I was placed thru college campus, My office is too far from my home it is 24 kms+24 kms up and down. The bangalore traffic is too hectic takes 3 hours of travel each day and my working hours are 9 hours which sums up to 12 hours per day. My work is pretty good but my Boss always demotivates the team and blames us for not doing any work. My problem in the current company is : minimal growth, travelling 5 days a week, after probationary then 2 years of bond to work there else pay compensation of 2L. Keeping in mind the job market rn. 1)Should I still continue working at the same place if they give me hybrid (that's available for other teams) 2) quit immediately and then look for a job. 3) stay here and keep applying until I receive any other job then switch. Pls guide me am sooo confused 🤔

Every company has drawbacks, and no company is perfect. Apart from imbalance in social work life balance and poor pay for your talent, has a decent opportunities for growth.

Dislikes

Nepotism, Role based salary rather than talent or capability based. Highly disoriented HR policies, unrealistic goal setting, revising targets if one nears by, horrendous cafeteria and infrastructure facilities, multi-level approvals for small investments.

Dislikes

Sometimes you will sit on the bench for long time. There no much projects. Being a developer you have to work as tester, Business analyst, manager. Sometimes it becomes hectic but same time it is opportunity to learn.

I recommend not to join the CRMIT Organization because there is no job security.

Dislikes

Managers itself don't know what they want to do, they just pass the ball and dusting their hands. Even HR is not supportive, there is no work life balance. If you want to leave the company also they will not provide proper documents on time they will make you run 2 to 3 times. Attend interview take offer letter and try for another company that is the best choice.

Nice company to start career. My overall experience is below average.

Dislikes

Benifits and policies are not okay. No proper employees hierarchy. Have to communicate single person for everything. Unless employees have not resigned Managers are spreading rumors about it. Some managers are not qualified for their positions. Fully crowded washrooms. No good IT equipments. Official Language is not English. I had horrible experience with my probation period and my job confirmation. Because of HRs drama. One unprofessional manager harasses his co-workers by insulting them. According to him whatever employees are contributing for projects/company is just nothing. He thinks his 8 year old son can perform better than his co-workers. I suggest HR team to hire this kid.
