The salary and growth in increment is really awful compared to industry standards. The company is cash rich but does not trickle the benefit down to employees. Managers are involved in favouring certain people who score well above the outstanding mark. The good and great scorers go for a toss. Tey forget it is a team.

GAC division --- For freshers, this company is a training ground. You can get all the relevant skillset and upskill yourself.

Dislikes

GAC division --- Compensation is not that great and hike will be average. Management gives fake promises for Promotion. There is a lot of politics done by the Management and team dynamics ends up in toxic culture.

...ics, Next level favouritism Very high expectations and Very low Monetary perks. (Below industry standard package) Lack of proper management of work load creating difficult life for half of the year atleast.

...Salary/benefits are average. You won't get appraisal as well as per your desire. Most importantly, they keep you on third party pay role which is annoying.

The work life balance is exemplary, you will have managers and directors who are actually sane and human, don't have much idea about job security since it's a client based business so you know the drill but but but I can see a bigger number of employees who are working for more than 10-15 years now so you can get the idea, work pressure might vary from department to department but for me it was fun given I came from service industry and the work pressure was on a super saiyaan level (you know if you know) and here at Crisil you will love it the pressure negligible.

but the compensation and the promotion part is the part where things start to sour this would be the only game changer for an employee to plan for a switch otherwise overall it's a decent organisation to work with.
