I would say company is best. Until the management is good with employees. If the department management get change who doesn't know anything about the past efforts and achievements of the employees And behave harshly with the old employees. I think this is not fair. He must atleast try to know about the employees and get connected with them and must know for further changes and decisions. He should try to know about the past and the growth of the Business., to make it more better. Must see the graph. , before leading the team so that the Business will grow.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Clients are good, gained a lot of knowledge from the company.

Dislikes

We worked on field in covid times as well, promised to pay for the conveyance, then after january when we wanted the conveyance they backed off and did not pay, company policy was work from home but the upper level employees forced us to be in the field. Lot of policies and very low salary.
