GAC division --- For freshers, this company is a training ground. You can get all the relevant skillset and upskill yourself.

GAC division --- Compensation is not that great and hike will be average. Management gives fake promises for Promotion. There is a lot of politics done by the Management and team dynamics ends up in toxic culture.

...ics, Next level favouritism Very high expectations and Very low Monetary perks. (Below industry standard package) Lack of proper management of work load creating difficult life for half of the year atleast.

Salary: Salary I joined CRISIL at Scale 11A at a Fixed Salary of 15LPA + Variable of 18% on the other hand they hand they had hired at a junior Scale of 10A MBA freshers for a Fixed Salary of 16.5LPA + Variable of 18% in April 2023. I put on the table relevant work ex of 4 years. I felt cheated. It's also because employees as a fraternity don't share(anonymously) their CTC clearly so when switching you don't get the exact picture. You have to rely on limited data available on Glassdoor etc...

Stable job, you will be an aberage Joe here, company does bot pay well. But one can stay here for long years if no ambition and just want regular monthly income with slow growth

Pay is terrible and the culture is boring and dead vibe

It has got a good work culture and support from the management in terms of upskilling.

Dislikes

They really need to align their compensation with the industry standards. It still remains below when compared to companies like Deutsche Bank, D.E.Sahw, JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, etc.
