GAC division --- For freshers, this company is a training ground. You can get all the relevant skillset and upskill yourself.

Dislikes

GAC division --- Compensation is not that great and hike will be average. Management gives fake promises for Promotion. There is a lot of politics done by the Management and team dynamics ends up in toxic culture.

...ics, Next level favouritism Very high expectations and Very low Monetary perks. (Below industry standard package) Lack of proper management of work load creating difficult life for half of the year atleast.

It has got a good work culture and support from the management in terms of upskilling.

They really need to align their compensation with the industry standards. It still remains below when compared to companies like Deutsche Bank, D.E.Sahw, JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, etc.

Best company to work for, when you are a fresher out of college. Crisil has vast exposure to provide and creates a solid foundation for future in finance.

Only the salary which is still fine given the exp and learning opportunity it provides.
