No work life balance As a fresher I made a huge mistake in joining here . The manager use more abusive words in front others and don't know how to treat other feelings. To be Frank the manager I worked in Chennai branch he will do partiality. If a person is struggling to put a sale they won't correct they will use abusive words and treat a slave to wait till late hours

Good company if you can take pressure of sales . Great incentives and salary, great team atmosphere. Good leadership as well

Even though the time is from 11 to 8 you will have to stay back till 9 or 10

...ent I have ever seen. If you want to build your career as BDA, DO NOT JOIN HERE. If you are already working in Crio , take your salary and put your resignation because they will not give FnF even after asking many times.

... no work life balance, Weekoff get compensated if there is any national holiday. The week when you don't give sales that week off is also working for you and compensation for it. Appraisal is also lower then inflation. Offer letter work timing is 11 to 8 but they ask to come at 10 and go at 9 or 10 ( No personal life as because they don't have any)

Crio was the best organisation to work when it was led by Rathina and Sridher. But since the acquisition happened, it's now another Skill-lync. Employees are fighting for ther PF which has not been credited since last one year. So many ex-employees lost their jobs due BGV failure because PF was not credited. Management has money for team outings, parties but not to clear PFs. Would strongy recommend not to join this organisation now l.
