Nothing to like, except good package, CEO doesn't care for money, and understand your need for money, she can help with your financial demands if you are performing extraordinary. Overtime and and holiday perks are good but roaster management is poor. Both the HR Spokes are good and very professional; big credits to bhoomi you are doing great job.

A lot of thing. I will start from management, training and development, MNC culture and work ethics and then job security. -> management should have proper vision of how they are going train there newly joined employees, afterall each and every company works differently on different tools. They should assign guide for few days to train and test. You can not just aspect being experienced or professional means someone would just come and take over all your business demands. -> you should know training from everyone means no one. Same concepts will be repeated by each and every person, if only 1 person will train then learning will go in flow as per your expectations -> no work ethics are followed, they tell its fun loving company but they should know fun is at one place and work culture is at different place. In short company decoram should be maintained. ->i would strictly advice everyone to ask in a interview for what project you are going to work and what about job security. In my case we were forced to resignate just because they loose there project and worst case was rather then moving us to different project they choosed to force us to resignate.

Learning and experience with MNC projects

Dislikes

...asically continuing discrimination and still hiding behind some stupid policies. Company has very poor implementation of benefits and zero bonus no matter how hard you work. WFH is available if you can get permission. If you are a girl, it becomes piece of cake and if you are a boy then Good luck my friend. The simple way was to have fixed WFH Count for every year allowed to you where you can take when you need as per your requirements. Instead, some people will get months of WFH and others will have to get a decent reason even for 1 or 2 day of WFH. Overall it’s a mixed bag.

Good company for Interns and freshers

Dislikes

Salary comes between 5th to 10th of every month that can be improved. Majority of the employees are interns or freshers, higher management considers everyone as a freshers that is not good.

Nothing as such but it give very handsome salary in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Dislikes

The company primarily focuses on maintenance services and doesn't offer app development to clients. As a result, you haven't had the opportunity to gain experience in building apps from scratch. Your major work will be the testing (70%) and bug solving(30%) as a software engineer, you rarely get any the development work here.
