The work culture, environment and salary benefits are good. We also get occasional gifts and snacks/lunch. Since I have spent just 1.5 year, I cannot comment on the promotion cycle and opportunities.

1. IT leadership is weak compared to other departments. 2. Very limited IT training provided

Nothing good. No learning. Traditional culture. But this is one time. Core teams are good maybe. Outdated people. Tech is horrible. No growth. Politics. Favouritism. Toxic culture. Look out for better opportunities.

good work culture an all the benefits for payrole employee,discrimination has no limit between payroll an contract staff no increment for contract staff since last 2 years working hours 12 to 13 hours ,incentives an appreciation culture has applied now for contract staff in 2022 for what they were waiting since so many years to apply ,from the day 1 uil come to know the level for discrimination in weather its a any festival celebration or seating on your desk .
