Projects are good, there will be continuous supply of good work. Latest technologies are used with proper infrastructure in place. Most of the people are good and helping.
...nager. He did too much micromanagement that whole team left the Credit Agricole. He was not transparent and do not provide good salary and growth. Always provide management with unrealistic timelines. If someone does not obey his rules he fires after 2-3 warnings. He created multiple WhatsApp groups and used to ping on non-official time. During pandemic time he used to ask what you people do on weekends and force us to do extra work on weekdays and weekends. If someone joining late or take some unplanned leaves he use to openly ask are you searching for another job? Scolding in the meetings was normal in our team. Except his boot lickers all people left the team.
The only negative point for Credit Agricole in this whole scenario was - the concerned people never asked manager why people are leaving your team. They never did one to one with the people who are leaving team.
1. You get to learn a lot of theory and practical knowledge which will help you in your Career growth
2.There is not too much of work depending on your domain you are working in.
1. Your head manager can give a treat call of removing from your office if you don't listen to them (my personal experience - Story in short- he/she was whining(Bitching) about someone and then told me to share it to anyone if I do so he/ she can remove me from office)
1. No chance to get permanent
2. Management is not good forecasting there plans for coming 6months in their business line needs.
3. Most of the mangers having mindset set their owner career rather building organization strong.
Everything
No Job Security -No contract/Visa Renewal
Attrition rate is damn high
Frequent change in management
Working on decadeS old Stack and tech
No attention unless something blows up
Too much attention on cost saving whilst not open to Ideas of improvement
Management wants quick fix and don't care about streamlining
Not et all Role definition- Anyone is doing much of work whilst the other is passing time
Too much of Micromanagement and Red Tapping
Nothing. If you are permanent employee or french then you will get treated great.
Dislikes
You need to work minimum of 10hr/day . No learning portal or opportunity in the company. Employees on EP will be treated as slave and no job security. You can be fired anytime. No scope for team change or chance to get new learning implemented in project.
