- Salary Credits on the 7th Of Every Month which may inconvenience employees. - Issues with the management system and Project structure persist. - Lack of Modern Tools for Project Management and Focused only on SAP rather than other Thechnologies. - Disparities in Salary increment. - Limited Health Insurance coverage, must be included for Parents also. - Absence of onsite Cafeteria in Office building. - No Plan for External Training other than SAP also No Certifications provided other than SAP.

The first thing I liked about the organisation is that we get to learn many more things regarding technical things. Apart from technical the work environment here is good.

Dislikes

There is no job security here. Appraisal and salary benefits always gets late.

A lot to learn. Get to do end to end projects. Client interaction at early stages of career. Get to run through whole cycle of product/software development.

...re. No fixed hours. Late night meetings. Have to work on weekends. No comp offs. No pay for overtime. Little salary increments. Variable cut off in name of performance. No appreciation of hard work . Unrealistic expectation in terms of knowledge a single resource can have

Salary is just below average from the standards. There is no work life balance as the senior members reside in US so that always setup work and meeting based on there time zone and on an average the consultant spend 12 hours a day and some times even like 14 or 16 hours at least once or twice a month. Its been 4 year for me but I haven't seen single promotion. Since from Covid era they are struggling and struggling and even the salary hikes are very low considering the company profits year on year. There is no job security at all as they can just terminate you once the project is done. Skill development is a thing depending on you. There is no training or trainers available with this organization and even the Team leads and managers are not very much fond of helping newbie to get settle in. Culture wise there is no cultural values what so ever it is is there found in this organization. Its a very cheap mentality organization with no vision for future. Not a single person or level is satisfied at this organization right from the senior management members to the low level associates.
