...s told by the leaders and management team in the townhall are executed, by them. Career progression, salary hike and perks as per performance are well paid. One of the companies invest in employee insurance and gratuity at their own cost and not deducted from the employee gross salary :) Overall, I am a satisfactory employee of this organization and would love to recommend this organization to all my friends and family and job applicants to have a better work-life balance.
