...hat alternate Saturday & Every Sunday will be off, but there is no weekly off. Too much work pressure, You have to do work all 7 days without overtime pay even if you complete your work, you will have to come. I can't suggest anyone to join this company.

Very bad work environment, and no work life balance, even if we take leave they will make us work on weekends for completing it, sundays also we need to work TLs are really bad and they will treat us like a kindergarten kids, if we need a leave we have to inform everything, mostly they wont allow also.

...r quality being low. The leaves in this company as per HR policy are outrageous. No employees are allowed to take their paid leaves as they want to credit it as a part of your salary. If you go on long medical leave, Saturdays and Sundays are will be considered as LOPs. Politics are running high in this company. Tamilians preferred mostly since most of the senior manager and TLs are tamilians and they even do not know to speak proper English. If your quality dips, they call you back to office.

Salary hike not satisfied, and there is politics, how much work no satisfaction, work pressure, no support from higher authorities
