in all aspects it is horrible place. Management assuming the employees as machines if they are paying salary, employee is reserved for the company 24x7. they will keep track of your location through app and time spent for natures call also counted.

... you are good scorer on that exam company will eliminate you without any reason. (Note: During the Training period they will not provide any salary instead of that we need to expanses for everything company will never take any responsibilities for the employee & also you are not supposed to take leave @ any cost even you have severe health issues you need to go for company). Simply they are just playing with the Employee's dream mentality & breaking their confidences. As a friend I'm just saying one thing please don't trust Corrohealth company.

The work culture is good, and you will receive a decent salary. If you have good knowledge in the domain, you have a great opportunity to grow.

The management is good, but they don't know how to manage.

Office is at prime location. The salary is amongst the highest in industry standards. Renowned company, so job security is good. Opportunity to learn is abundant.

Dislikes

HR is the worst. Work life balance is miserable. It's better if you forget you have a life, work is your life. Incentive plans and leave plans are poor and unattractive. Too much pressure on employees in the lower level of the hierarchical pyramid.
