Nothing to learn. No salary hike. No performance appraisal. No bonus. This company is more like a departmental store where just seniors are getting all the perks for the hard-work of their juniors. Middle management does not convey anything to upper management about the needs of their juniors.

... consistently force all employees dp work on over time and even work on holiday. Moreover, they are not giving any OT's or any compensation and with communicates with HR. It is terrible for all employees cause they humiliating all.

i thought about this but not coming anything except the team which i get is good.

1.Job security very less you don't know when they relieve you. 2.Salary come always late in between 10 to 15th of months. In initially month come on time if you are not in project they late your salaries. 3.New office very far . 4.No learning 5.Management is not experience to handle bad situation. This is genuine review not the emotion review.

Cipl is the good work for our team and good also working with Company who Maintain. It's hr policy and others facility are good. GOOD reputation for IT SECTOR OR INDUSTRY.

As I clearly speak that company offers or package of salary for me is very low. I want to given better working and experience. 14 experience in this field.
