...not any working culture on the standard of mnc. Working on festival and sundays. Manager threaten to put salary on hold if anyone refuses to working on Sundays. Manager is partial and soft towards other groups.

Good job for first 6 month.. Untill you ask for leaves or appraisal Or incentive

...r serving 1 year. Company only focus on new hiring. Relieving process not good.. Not paid my salary even after serving, 1 month notice period.. It is just like another call center for short term job like, 6 months. For wfh own laptop needs. Need to fill timesheet each day.. They can torture you on the name of low performance. Montly salary receives on 7th, sometimes 9th

Nothing, They will pay you less and make you work overtime everyday even Saturday and Sunday. They will make your life hell and finish your personal social life. The day you will complain they will keep records of your complain and wait for the day when you will resign, once you resign they start playing the games and say you that you will be paid as per your productivity just harass you. Even if somebody is dying they don’t care they want you to work for them. No humanity shame on HR and operation department. Review writer is Rahul Singh

Worst interview process, hr look clueless asking accounting questions. Accounting policy could be different in different entities but these people rely on ready-made answers .uhh what to say!!!

However u know the job and skillful enough for job description, however u r good in interviews ur salary will be decided upon last drawn. Less skillful person with more last drawn will get more than you. That's how it works here. They don't have robust system or quality HRs to evaluate candidates. They select less deserving candidates and hence employee turnover is also high.
