Here you will get time for self learning but it depend on your project that how much you learn in project.if you are experience then you can work but in IT but for fresher in IT it is not overall good.

Dislikes

Less compensation for IT people. They assign any project to you whether you are selected for any language in IT. Not too much project Less increment according to IT people because you can earn more in call centre.

Very good company to start the career with this, there is no constraint for learning, awesome environment, you will never feel exhausted working in that environment.

Dislikes

People leave Corbus just because of the Salary issues and Growth purposes, else it is best for work life balance good management .

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
