Great Working Environment. I joined CORAL as a fresher and whatever professional and personal learning I have got in my career, I owe it to this company. All team members are very supportive. Management is very responsive and encouraging as they truly believe in open door policy.

Alright i'm gonna be super honest here, job security is still something one might get while you work there but dear candidates, you will be working in their own personal hell. The environment is horrific, with the management trying to squeeze out life out of your cheerful soul. Making your life as much anxious and panicked filled as they can is their own personal forte. I worked there for one whole year, and i was always eager to count the rest of my days left as per the 1 year of bond they made me sign. Even today, i get nightmares or daymares (flashbacks) of that place, and it brings back panic, anxiety and what not. Apart from that, i might singularly be the one to have experienced an extreme sort of toxicity from their end as it was my first job and i'm an anxious kid. As far as knowledge and skills are concerned if you are a commerce student and want to start with a management skill based job then you can work with them. Despite all the horrors i went through, they did disciplined me for my future job opportunities and an endless patience for working in corporate. Good luck to you mate :) P.s: They changed my perception on corporate and i decided to never work in corporate. I guess i wasn't suppose to fit in, which is why things were kinda hard on me. Apart from everything, those who want to kick start their career in the management field can maybe give it a try. Peace out (:

Everything. They can actually improve a lot about their company since my numerous collegues loved their project cycle and planning but they hated the environment and the strictness. Maybe if they'll work on that, the company might start receiving positive feedback from the employees.
